特定条件下的煤仓施工方法

摘 要 介绍了在不影响煤矿正常生产,不破坏现有工程和设施的条件下,后期施工煤仓所采用的特殊施工方法和技术措施。 Coal Bunker Construction Method under Special Conditions A construction of coal bunker is a difficult construction project in mine chamber construction.Especially a coal bunker construction conducted when the mine in coal production should not make any failure to the existing project and facilities in order not to influence the normal coal production in the mine.Special construction method and measures should be taken for the bunker construction.This paper introduced a coal bunker constructed between - 550 m Level and - 450 m Level in Xinji No.2 Mine.A pilot bore hole was drilled with a raise boring machine for the coal bunker.Then the pilot bore hole was enlarged step by step with a conventional drilling and blasting method.A on time support system was used for the enlarged coal bunker.The support system was including bolt, wire net and shotcrete.Two coal bunkers were successfully, rapidly and safely constructed in the mine. 1 工程概况 |

导井施工,先用反井钻机打导孔,钻透仓底,然后自下而上扩孔,形成导井。由于导井的下方正对胶带,因此,开钻前,在胶带上方约1
m处的巷道两帮各安装6组托盘器,托盘器沿煤仓中心对称布置,间距1.5 m。每组托盘器为两根Ø40 mm、长1.2
m、一头带弯的圆钢,用凿岩机打眼安装,两圆钢间距250~300 mm,其上安设长500
mm的12号矿用工字钢。在两帮对应的托盘器上架设20号工字钢,上铺70
mm厚的木板作为临时操作盘。整个操作盘的所有构件之间都用卡具或铁丝连接牢固。该盘既是换扩孔钻头的操作盘,又是扩孔时岩碴的集承盘。 |
